He's done it again. I didn't think anything could top the Putin Outdoors photo set the Kremlin released back in August. But Putin's awkward visit to Muz TV's studios to present an award to the winner of a freestyle rap battle is certainly much funnier.

I know that it is only June, but I'm going to go out a limb and give this PSA from the Iranian Ministry of Intelligence (VEVAK) the Academy Awards for Best Foreign PSA and Best Use of Animation in a Propaganda Film. Hell, I'll even throw in Best Intelligence Comedy, but everyone knows that isn't a real category.

Who knew John McCain, George Soros, Gene Sharp, and Bill Smith were in charge of American foreign policy and that VEVAK was so forgiving.
